With over 20 years of woodworking experience, Steve creates handcrafted furniture from his small workshop in the Essex countryside. Every piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully made using traditional craftsmanship, with a strong focus on quality, attention to detail, and creating furniture that's built to last.
The process
Get in touch
Fill out our initial contact form, and we’ll respond within 1–2 business days to arrange a convenient call or video consultation. After discussing your ideas, we'll send over a detailed enquiry form to gather everything we need to design a piece tailored specifically to you.
design process
Using the information you provide, we’ll create up to three unique design concepts for you to consider. Once you've selected your preferred concept, we’ll collaborate closely to refine every detail until you're completely satisfied. Upon approval and payment of a deposit, we’ll confirm a lead time and schedule your project.
The build
We’ll touch base a few weeks before your build begins to let you know your project is next in our schedule. During construction, we're happy to share progress photos via email, or you can follow along on our workshop’s social media accounts, where we regularly post behind-the-scenes updates. When your piece is complete, we'll send you detailed images to confirm you're delighted with the result. Once approved, we'll coordinate delivery or collection and send your final invoice.
